Day 2: The Truth About Sweet Revenge...

Nobody, and I do mean nobody, can get my goat quite like my little sister Kristy. For those of you reading this that are the youngest of the family with no siblings below you to torment you every chance they can get, recognize your luck in this world. (And to my two older sisters, I am truly sorry.)

Tonight we were all sitting around enjoying a card game that is one of our favorites when Kristy started accusing me of cheating. I DON'T cheat. I have really weird issues with always following the rules in life- it's a blessing and a curse. I explained my game-play tactics to my sweet younger sis, and of course she refused let up. I know she believed me after the explanation, but found far too much enjoyment in defensive reaction to stop pushing my buttons. I was getting really really mad, and she was having more and more fun at my expense.

Earlier this afternoon I had my photo files open on my computer desktop and Kristy opened the one labeled with her name. To her dismay, she found years of electronic images permanently saved to my personal computer and completely at my disposal. Some of these said images where not her most flattering, to put it sweetly. She begged me to delete the "hideous" files and only keep the cute ones, but i refused. They were my memories and I would like to remember all her different looks and quirky fads.
Back to the game...
Just when Kristy was teasing my to the point that my teeth were clenched and my hands were starting to shake, I pulled out the big guns.
"Kristy, if you don't stop I will put one of your ugly pictures on my 31 Days of Photos blog today!"
That did the trick. Not another peep was made, and I actually ended up winning the next few hands- honestly, of course.
Kris, I have to hold up to my end of the bargain. You did stop, and stopped for good. But I still feel a little bugged by your annoying display tonight and think it is well within my right to post anything I want on this blog.

The Truth is... I have FAR worse than this one, and Kristy knows it. But I also think I might have pushed my luck enough with her for one evening. As annoying as she can be, she is still on of my very best friends.
Love you Kristy!!

  2. Well, for some reason the page is not loading the pic on this post. Maybe Kristy knew I would follow through and disabled it when I wasn't looking... :)

  3. Ahhh.. There we go. I piked this one because it is the same face Asher is making in the post below. Hoping to add a little insult to injury...
